Jose Mourinho - Top 4 will leave Man-U behind
Jose Mourinho, Manchester coach,
admitted the premier league's top four will stay behind, as they battle in for an enforced break.
Currently Manchester United are two points behind in the top four places,
They welcome St Etienne in the Europa League on Thursday, before an FA Cup 5th-round clash with Blackburn Rovers, a trip to play St Etienne in France and the EFL Cup final against Southampton.
It means Mourinho’s men will not play in the premier league until 4th of March.
“They will leave us,” he said of United's top-4 rivals.
I don't think it's easy to play the competition but we are motivated.
As we play we will enjoy the Europa League. I don’t believe anyone goes to Wembley not happy to go, so we go, we play. Because we have a cup final.
We have three matches to play during this period. So we have to train in this cold weather, and on bad pitches at this time. But we have to enjoy it because that what the situation is. It is football.
