Jose Mourinho - Top 4 will leave Man-U behind

Image
Jose Mourinho,  Manchester coach, admitted  the premier league's top four will stay behind,  as they battle in for an enforced break. Currently Manchester United are two points behind in the top four places, They welcome St Etienne in the Europa League on Thursday, before an FA Cup 5th-round clash with Blackburn Rovers, a trip to play St Etienne in France and the EFL Cup final against Southampton. It means Mourinho’s men will not play in the premier league until 4th of March. “They will leave us,” he said of United's top-4 rivals. I don't think it's easy to play the competition but we are motivated. As we play we will enjoy the Europa League. I don’t believe anyone goes to Wembley not happy to go, so we go, we play. Because we have a cup final. We have three matches to play during this period. So we have to train in this cold weather, and on bad pitches at this time. But we have to enjoy it because that what the situation is.  It is football.

Suarez & Messi destroy Alaves Luis Enrique’s side were leading 6-0 in the dying stages of the game at Estadio de Mendizorroza when Alaves’s Theo Hernandez slid in on Vidal. WENGER SAYS I'M FIT - NOT READY TO REST YET

Image
Arsene Wenger,  Arsenal Manager says he's not yet to vacate his post.  Wenger has dismissed claims that he is ready to step aside from his role. Speculation has been building as to the Frenchman’s future plans as he has not signed a new deal with the Emirates club, who appear destined to go another season without claiming the Premier League trophy. Earlier this week, Gunners great Ian Wright said that when he met Wenger for dinner, he got the impression that the former Nancy and Monaco coach was ready to give up the job in the summer. However the 67-year-old, who watched his side's 2-0 win over Hull on Saturday from the directors' box due to a touchline ban, has rebuffed such suggestions. “We had a little dinner, not the two of us,” he said. “I appreciate that you want me to rest, but I’m not ready for that.” Wenger is the Premier League’s longest-serving manager, having overseen more than 1,150 matches in charge of the Gunners, during which he has won thr...

How Arsenal's 2016/17 would look - if other top Premier League managers were in charge

Image
Revealed : Football Manager ran five different sims of five different Gunners seasons with the other five bosses in the top six in charge, and here's how they went COMMENTS #WengerOut! That seems to be the prevailing opinion these days. Social media has spoken. You might well be #WengerIn, but if you are then you need to speak up a bit. Consecutive defeats to Watford and Chelsea have left the Arsenal boss under a type of pressure that he's rarely felt before - except for this point of every season for what seems like the last decade - and the heat is on ahead of Saturday's clash with Hull. But what would things look like if Wenger wasn't in charge of the Gunners? I'm still standing.. It is a difficult state of affairs to imagine, we know, and so we decided to ask you what's your take on it? LEAVE COMMENTS
